To manually unlock the booster packs what you have to do is backup C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Need for Speed ProStreet\GLOBAL\car_vault.BIN (this is if it mucks up for any reason). Then look on the disc for the Group6 cabinet file. Open it and extract GLOBALCars_vault_BIN to anywhere where you can rename it. Once thats done rename GLOBALCars_vault_BIN to cars_vault.BIN (BIN has to be in CAPS). Copy and paste the file you've just renamed to C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Need for Speed ProStreet\GLOBAL (replacing the old one). Then go on nfs prostreet and it should be unlocked
