does the testingcheatsenabled cheat not work in the retail version? its the only reason i can think of for anyone needing the trainer besides the money and lifetime happiness options
Those of you having problems with none of the options working try pressing f1 + the num pad key options quite a few times they will finally start working again.
On option 2, it helps if you already have at least 1 lifetime point before using. Otherwise, give it time and once it starts counting upwards, press 2 again and it will jump to 9,999,999.
