Ok I tryed to use the toolbar on the neverwinter nights 2 and mob and it don't work How do you fix it to where it will work please help me I have windows vista.

what i want to do is to be able to creat my own mod, and it wont let me. it tells me that it has something to do with windows explorer. I have windows vista 🤔

sorry,i dont have vista,but the problem is with windows not game,so ask from those who have vista.
