I double click the install file for the Cheat Happens trainer manager and it makes a shortcut on my desktop that is unusable. Keeps telling me i don't have the permission to use this file. (my antivirus and firewall are disabled) Would be really nice to be able to use this program..

This is a problem with your antivirus or vista permissions. Disable antivirus via Windows Services before downloading and installing the trainer manager.

Try disabling it through the anti virus options. If that doesn't work try reinstalling it, and if that doesn't work right click the icon and chose properties, after that the compatibility tab and change any windows other than yours. i know it's nor related but it's worth a shot.

good luck.

Edit: i forgot to tell you try re-downloading the installation file.

He means open up your antivirus, there it should be some option like "Turn of Protection" or something.
