I realize it's been two years, and you may not have the file anymore, but would you be able to upload it to a different file-sharing source? This "esnips" place says that now "all downloads require the 'esnips downloader' to be installed". I don't really care to download a utility from a file-sharing source I've never even heard of until now, just to get ahold of one >1MB file.
