I'm the administrator account on my computer. And when I try to change the ownership of the file via right-click context menu, it will not allow me to do that either. I have tried downloading multiple copies of this, and NONE have worked. Coiuld you please provide me with some help? I would really appreciate it. Thnk you in advance.

Done, Done, and Done. Actually, all it took was restarting my computer. Everything seems to be working great, except now the game freezes up occasionally, requiring CTRL+ALT+DEL. That has never happened before, and now sometimes... my map goes black. I can see all the landmark icons, and the player location... but the map itself is black. is there any fix for this?

odd, i played the Witcher only a few months back and never had any trouble with it and the trainer/s but of course it was.... ahem a ripped version of the game

best temporary method i know is backing up your save files and reinstalling the game and then patch it up to a point to where the previous trainers will work without freezing it

then put your save file backups into the correct file path and enjoy one of the best RPGs ive seen since Oblivion

but its a good temporary fix if nothing else
