Have tried adding the -dev inside steam , and also making a new shortcut on desktop to the exe file. Mod doesnt appear to be working, maybe latest game update disabled it.
No, the update hasn't disabled anything. It still works for me and I have the latest update. I have no clue why it doesn't work for you.
Im actually curious if it is because im using vista-64 Thats the only other thing I can think of after trying everything you guys have suggested.

Who knows, maybe that's it. Anyone on Vista x64 got these mods working? I'm on Windows 7 x64 and they work fine here. Just curious, are you using a pirated version or retail? Because I downloaded a pirated version first to check out the game and the mods wouldn't work there. After I bought the the game though it was easy to get the mods working.
