    Go to C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam apps\Common\Dawn of War and try putting them there

    the destination given is wrong they must of moved it wen they made the new patch =(

    I dumped the files into the main directory. everything is working fine. Ill admit, it took alittle trial and error but it was totally worth it.
