The other day i got frustrated and pressed buttons on accident wen killcam was on and it took me into freecam????? i could move around the map for like the 7 secs

You were a spectator. If you weren't, then it probably glitched.

Actually i figured it out if you see the killcam press a and you can move the camera freely

The spectating camera would be on Free. Just something in settings to let you wonder about while your dead.

Aight i like figured it out er its a glitch i think if u press A at the end of your kill cam it like lets u freeroam

Actually there is a glitch with killcam. when your in it, press the start button to look at the map. all the green arrows are not your teammates, but in fact the other teams. this is due to the fact that techincally you are looking through the eyes of the enemy so IW must have just let there stuff stay default for you when you look at them through killcam
