He meant for move 200 you use 0C8. The first digit will always be a 0.

how do i activate it in the game after i put it in the action replay and start the game?

It should have replaced TM 01 Focus Punch. So no need for button activations.

none of my pokemon can learn the moves because tm02 is a dragon type move even if i put the code in to change it to a move my pokemon can use aqua jet. Can some one fix the problem plz?
