I have been seeing many topics lately that do not belong on Off Topic Discussion. The OTD was created for "spam" topics. It seems that many users (myself included) tend to post our topics on OTD.
Use this as a guideline - If you know that your topic will be locked on General Discussions or moved to Off Topic Discussions, then create your topic on Off Topic Discussions.
