Would this not be the COOLEST THING EVER? they could have a "XStation 3-60" it would play PC, original PS/PS2 and original Xbox/Xbox 360 games. problems are.....

1.) would NEVER happen!
2.)conceal would be INCREDABLEY expensive!

3.) There wouldn't be as much competition in the gaming industry, driving prices up.
4.) Due to the lack of competition, developers would get complacent and release crummy, uninspired games.

I don't think it's a good idea, personally. Besides, the PS3 and 360 both play essentially the same games anyway.

i'd buy any system by a company with as cool a name a microoft

Competition is what makes gaming consoles high-performance and gives games a reason to be interesting. Take away competition and it will all decline .
