They're not having advanced screenings of GI Joe because the advance reviews of Transformers were so bad. This is a bad sign for kids; and a GREAT sign for those of us old enough to remember when GI Joe ruled the world.

The new GI Joe movie would drive me to burn down the theatre after I locked the other movie-goers inside.
I've ranted about this on many occasions.
I'm rewatching the cartoon series now. I have DVD set 1.1 (the new release of it) and I can't wait until the rest are re-released.
