It's funny because I forgot the R's.
I didn't.
Did you guys know that calling someone is a "Douche" is a TOS violation and AMMO does not get special treatment nor does claiming "we were just joking" count as a valid excuse?

From personal experience, yes. I do know that. But then again you might not have been talking to me..
I find it highly unlikely that the word douche is specifically mentioned and while, in general, insulting other people is against the rules it is simply unenforceable. If it were to be enforced, the vast majority of the membership--mods and admin included--would be candidates for banning.
The rules you agreed to were worded as:
"include but not limited too"
So it does not have to be specifically mentioned at all. To even post on the boards you had to do a verification process swearing that you would uphold them which is where that document was found. I know because I was the one who wrote that section when it went into production.

Hence the vast majority of my post.
If you're suddenly going to enforce said rule, the vast majority of the forum must be punished.
You clearly have no regular interest in enforcing the rule, considering the D-bomb is dropped in nearly every thread regarding politics, and your interest in it today is merely because Thomas Sowell was indirectly called the D-bomb.
