Can Somebody please tell me how to do the Neck Snap Kills Execution?

get behind a men, use garrota wire and then press space when Nack Slap appears in a down of a screen

I try, but the Nack Slap didn't appear on the screen.

i think you need to buy this in upgrades

Go in to dons view and click on your character there should be a section for upgrades just select the neck snap upgrader. Now when you go to garrote a guy there will be a button option displayed allowing you to perform a neck snap kill instead.
