Hey Pwizard,

I should have told you in my original post that the trainer was crashing my original retail boxed version of the game, and you may not have deleted it. So I will fill you in again on what I have done to try and resolve my problem.

I have un-installed and re-installed the game, rebooted my computer, I exempted the trainer exe in both my anti virus and firewall, tried running the game without my anti-virus running, deleted and re-installed the trainer all with no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.

did you use the no-cd fix?

I also have the same problem just wondering if I need to do the same thing and use a no-cd fix too.

Also that no-cd fix at mega is a exe file and yet the instructions say mount the image, there is no image to mount in that zip file.

1. Unrar.
2. Burn or mount the image.
3. Install the game using the keygen included in the Crack folder.
4. Copy the content of the Crack dir to the installation dir.
5. Play the game

Just copy the exe over your original after making a backup.

always try the no-cd fix if trainer is crashing, regardless of your version.

The no cd works fine, however the trainer still crashes the game as soon as it is activated. In the no-cd fix instructions it says:

3. Install the game using the keygen included in the Crack folder.

Does this mean I have to re-install the game using their keygen if so where do I find it? 🤔

All I did was follow PWizard advice, copy the exe file to the gf2 folder, backup the original gf2 exe then paste the one you dl from mega and that's it. You don't need to do anything else.

Thanks to you both for your help, I have finally got it working, the no-cd crack didn't paste to the game dir the first time.
