help, i can get the game to launch. everytimes i click it it display unable to creat direct3d, pls ensures system has current video drivers. my notebook have the latest video driver and i am sure the direct3d is enable. here is the dxdiag of my notebook:

and download the updates for DX10 (click button that says download DX10). This should look through all of your DLL's and portions of DirectX installed to see if you have the latest incarnation installed. Keep in mind that laptop graphics cards can be picky as they don't use the same unified drivers as their desktop cousins.

Video Card Issues
-----------------

* UPDATE YOUR VIDEO CARD DRIVERS! Out of date video drivers can have
a serious negative impact on performance.

* If your video card has less than 128MB of memory, this game will likely not
run at all.

* Make sure you are running your desktop in 32-bit color.

* Updated video card drivers can usually be obtained from your PC vendor's website.
Some other places to look:

- ATI/Radeon video drivers from ati.amd.com
- NVIDIA/GeForce video drivers from www.nvidia.com

hmmm, still no luck to get it to works, after update dx10 still same problem, my grapic card driver is the latest so i cant find any update of it...

i solve it, i replace my grapic driver to older version and it works...
