1. The reuse time on the british artillery count the wrong way. Both Bishops and Howitzers seem to malfunction. One barrage, and the counter keeps counting without the ability never readying again.

2. When using the Luftwaffe Tactics, the 88 Flak 36 AT/AA isn't automatically manned. Normally its manned right after building.
