When you are in Neighborhood mode press Ctrl+Shift+C. a white text box will appear in along the top of the screen. Enter the cheat "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true"(not including the quotation marks of course) enter any occupied house you want. select any of the Sims and select their needs box. If a specific Sim is hard to manage and death is imminent, you can click and drag any of the needs to a manageable level. you can also increase their relationships with other Sims and you can put their skills up to the max as well. this will also work with their interests box and their personality points like nice/grouchy, active/lazy..... You must enter the cheat as it is typed above without the quotes for it to work properly.
