Elves rock this is a fact it is undisputed (so far)

I prefer Isengard myself.

why they have no good cavalry but they do have good fortrases but the elves are still better

To each their own.

I found the elves to be a little to unbalanced for my tastes, they ended up dying to fast . The good thing about this is that when ever I go up against them they also get killed pretty quickly. The bottom line is that elves are good if you can keep them from getting killed. On the other hand everthing is good if you can keep it from getting killed.

Dwarves were durable but ended up being to slow and the lack of cavalry and heroes wasn't a good thing and reallt hurts the overall effectiveness of the army.

Isengard, Mordor and the Goblins were okay but seemed to rely on weight of numbers than skill of arms, plus warg and spider cavalry arn't all that great.

I prefer Men, their diverse, have a ton of heroes and generaly don't die after the first wave. It's possible to do an all cavalry or infantry army without being bogged down with pikes or arrows. Their pelnor tower fortess upgrade is actauly pretty useful exspecialy on larger maps, often giving you early warning of in coming attacks. Men are also fast, faster than the dwarves but not as fast as the elves. However men are also more durable than elves but are not as durable as Dwarfs. Long story short, march in and destroy the elves first then bait the dwarfs while pegging them with archery fire.

elves are my favorite.....haven't lost a single battle using them.
