Tried using all trainers options except Numpad 2: Crew Health and Numpad 4: Drain Target Health. Now it's been more than hour and game runs just fine, no more crashes whatsoever.

I'm only getting crashes when as mentioned by others if I use the team health option, all other options works just fine, been playing for more than two hours without any crash.

I can now confirm it is the Crew Health code that is causing the crashes

we're currently working on a new version of health options. just don't use crew health for now.

Is it possible to give unlimited advancement points, those are different than upgrades? The ones that you spend to raise your crew's skill levels from Basic on up.
