in the first part , after chasing down the french swat guy
am in the part where i say that his sheild in invincible and i need to pin him down , tried shooting at him , and running from cover to the other but nothing :S , what should i do ?

Shoot while behind cover, forces him to cover then swing around the stone pillars until you can get an open shot (left to right, right to left)...don't shoot at him after you get the white glow around the border of the screen unless you will hit him.

I have tried everything that you have said but I still can not get a clear shot at him and I allways run out of bullets. I don't think this can be passed.
