In floaroma town, there's a lady in the center of town who will give you the Gracidea flower if you show her a shaymin. However, I think it has to be either the Japanese movie shaymin, or any TRU Shaymin.
It's possible that any shaymin that doesn't have your ID number would work, though I haven't tested it myself.

First of all the only way to get the Gracidia Flower is with Either the Movie Shaymin(JPversion) or the TRU Shaymin(USversion). Unfortunately, the Event for the TRU Shaymin was in Jan-Feb. The only way currently to get the Gracidia Flower is to: A:Have gone to the Event and Traded over to your Platinum. B:Trade from a friend who went to the Event. or C:Use an AR code
If your only option is (C) than I can help. Go to this (Link) and Scroll down to the Post made by me. In it there's an AR Code for getting the TRU Shaymin in your 18th PCBox. This Shaymin is Exactly the same as the Shaymin from the event if you put them next to each other it would be impossible to tell the difference. This Shaymin works and will get you the Gracidia Flower.

Don't use Seed Flare with Leaf Storm, Seed Flare is the better choice as it has a 80% chance to halve your opponent's Special Defence (and won't lower your special attack). Psychic has poor type coverage and everything it does is covered by its other attacks (Earth Power for Poison and Air Slash will hit Fighting harder).
I suggest Seed Flare, Earth Power, Air Slash and Substitute.
