There's a new version out for Fallout 3.

I paid to have one trainer with the something.

I was aware that it came with free updates.

Was I wrong?

Man, nobody reads these, or what?

You do not get free updates with your one free trainer via the Trainer Manager. You'll need to purchase a full subscription for updates or additional trainers.
