Are you using Vista or XP??
Cause if you are using Vista you may want to run it as an administrator...
If that is not the problem make sure the trainer is not being blocked by DEP...
If your using either XP or Vista there is also a system protection tool called Data Execution Prevention that may be to blame.. I had to enable this trainer as an exception for it to work for me and I am running Vista Home Premium x64...

LinkWhile this info says Windows XP it is almost IDENTICAL to the process for Vista and you should be able to follow it for adding the trainer to the Execution exception list.
If you have tried these methods already I apologise for providing info that you already know, but I didn't see anything indicating you might have so I really hope this can help you use the trainer..
