So what i encircled in red, is my Rush first art (which is Peerless Knee Splitter V)
As you can see, i added many arts... All Combats/Mystic/Items and few Unique/Weapons. (all at max level)

So after my Rush's arts, you see the "FF FF" left.
Right after the "FF FF", i encircled in blue the first "01", first correspond to the first art.
Right now, i still don't know what is the purpose of these "01" but i noticed that there were always as many 01 than there were arts... so i changed the "00" into "01" for all arts i added.

The purpose of the "01" encircled in pink is to add the arts in the game's list.
So for every arts you add, you have to change a "00" into "01"
I haven't count but normally on the screen, there must be as many arts than "01".
If you don't change the "00" into "01", the art is still available in battle but you can see it in the game list.

The "01" encircled in green mean that the first art is unavailable, when it's a "00", it means the arts is available.
So here... "00" or "01" depend if the art is available or not in game.

The value underlined in red is the first arts of the first character in your reserve.
As you can see, it also has "01" and "00" after the "FF FF", same function than for Rush.

Try to enlarge this windows and it will look the same.

And if you pay attention to the address, you will notice that in the end... it doesn't change anything.
Your First arts will start at XX XX 00 00
The first 01 (encircled in blue) at XX XX 01 90
Second 01 (encircled in pink) at XX XX 02 58
Third 01 (encircle in green) at XX XX 03 20

Edit: as i said in my previous screen:

1A 01 encircled in red is the first art of my Rush.

The 02 01 underlined in red is the first art of the first character in my reserve... it's just to show that you can modify them too.

At start it was a bit hard for me too.

And as i'm used to it now... sometimes hard to explain to people not used to it too.

So if you need more explanation, i might try but can't promise anything ^^

Plus it doesn't help that my "The Last Remnant" has a habit of crashing when i have it minamized for a little while

So this mean that:

The first art start at XX XX 00 00

Let take the first "01" line as another example

i thought u meant that the 01 cirlce in red beside the 1A was at 01 90

Edit - i didnt know that it went say 01 - 09 then became 0A(that is right. ... right )
