if you have the components to upgrade the weapon you leveled up, you firstly use cheatengine to strengthen the weapon and lastly upgrade the weapon and the stats will change
i have the duke of ghors weapon + 9 virtus (atk is 255)

Don't know if this helps anyone, but there's a pretty easy way to find the arts.
In the game, make one of rush's arts unavailable. It changes a memory location from a 0 to a 1. Available=0, unavailable=1.
Just keep swapping it back and forth, and narrow down your search by searching for 0 then 1. You don't need to exit the menu or pause the game, it's a real-time change.
When you've found the area, the arts are about 300 (hex) above it. I think.
Kazuki, i'd like to know how you added the special items to your saved game. I'm asking because it seems that the trainer by Kelsat doesn't give you a particular item called Twilight of the Gods that is obtained by killing The Fallen on the "first disc". I missed him and am not able to create 2 powerful items.
Rush is not supposed to ever have this art, so not amazing they didn't make a kinematic of Rush using it.
But it's quite strange that they made a kinematic of Rush using Lugh's Revenge though...
Otherwise, i found value for Seduction, Crimson Flare etc... As i thought, it's right after monster arts.
So in hex: BB 0A = Phantom Pain BC 0A = Giant Press BD 0A = Galaxy BE 0A = Twin Snowpetal BF 0A = Iron Will C0 0A = Seduction C1 0A = Brawl C2 0A = Dual Snow Petal C3 0A = Crimson Flare I C7 0A = Crimson Flare V
But to activate Crimson Flare, looks like you got to have some particular arts... And for Unique Arts... added Seduction and Dual Snow Petal to my Rush but never got the option to use them in battle... so maybe you need a special item... don't know.
