THE GAME PLAYS BUT THERE IS NO textures to the surroundings but the movie plays the figures have color what could be the problem and i can get in the car but cant come out 🤔

no idea about the textures. It runs in xp compatibility mode just fine. About not getting out of cars, there is a fixed no dvd patch for that. Go to game copy world site and (game fixes) section, the game is listed under T.

His problem was clearly driver based or a possible bad GPU.
Oh and Don't forget some tuts on ASM and defeating DMA
