Regarding the Mega Trainer 1.0.0.15 (Retail+Steam), Auto-Hack Passwords, No Inventory W....

I was wondering if the "Fake" patch found here (www.bethsoft.com/bgsforums/index.php?showtopic=963764&st=0) is compatible with any of the trainers on here?

It puts all of the things from the patches that are needed into an ESM file, and can revert the actual .exe to 1.0.0.15 or whatever was directly before patch 1.1 which introduced the VATS perk breaking (Commando, Gunslinger, and Sniper). I was wondering if it was possible to use any of these trainers on here with said Fake Patch AND Operation Anchorage, since O:A needed a brand new trainer, but now the normal Fallout 3 1.4 trainer works with O:A without the need of an O:A specific trainer like with 1.1.
