This option would complement the Unlimited CR option that already exists. Therefore, I propose an option to "max all unit ranks".
The effect would be that all units in the battalion instantly get Legendary (3 star) status, thereby being able to use all upgrades and stat bonuses. A side-effect might be that, like the Unlimited CR option, the enemy forces would also max-out instantly.
