F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin Message Board  

I have taken the tram to the start of Still Island. I can get off the tram, past the first two appearances of Elma and the falling cargo, but when I get into the elevator and press the button Elma comes out and kills me! - Can anyone tell me how to get past this please? Don't really want a cheat, just a tip as I have spent hours at this point without success and I am pulling my hair out in frustration!!!! Thanks - CheekyBee

Thanks for that, I obviously don't have enough 'life' left at this point. Are there any hidden med kits (apart from the one in the corner near the elevator) that I can get to?

Theres med kits before you reach the trams in the cargo lift area and theres med kits on the first tram. When the other tram comes down on top of the tram you are ridding in theres a couple there. Before you get on the last tram theres around three of them in that area, just make sure you kill all the bad guys first. But I have only seen the one on the crate when you get off the last tram. Hope this helps.

I think I got this a little out of order, but the med kits are there.
