Game stuck (hang ) in cutscene ..why ?

in town hall ..when putting a key and cutscen occur where the hidden(basement or wateva) door opens and then the next part where to kill the nurses and examine the cross like thing ..
again a cutscene occur ..now when it starts the game hangs ..
i donno wats wrong or is dat a bug ...

or hmmmm is dat soo bcs im using a bad crack file ...:P..?
