World of Goo is a very addictive game and after beating as well as many others I began attempting my own trainer using cheatengine. Unfortunately trying to find the right address for how many goo balls there is in the corp took only a few minutes, but after setting it, and restarting the game. I realized that it actually didnt do ANYTHING. this is because it is server based. So you could change the address after you find it, and have a lot of goo balls, but no one will ever see it, and it wont update or save to the server for a world record or anything. BUT none the less it sure is fun being an amateur architect and using goo as a resource.

I have actually worked quite hard on trying to make one, but for me I use steam to play it (I'm not sure if there is any other way to play actually) but every time I restart the game, the memory address changes. I have been able to find some ways to do things which I posted in my other post. But as for a trainer, if the memory address changes every it wont work. You'll just have to use cheatengine and search for the addresses everytime. I use just the first level, its the quickest and easiest level.
For finding how many moves search for 0, then make a move, then change the search type to increased by, and type 1 in the search. Just keep repeating this until you have 1 address, if 2 addresses show, keep them there and redo the level and see which goes back to 0.
For getting more goo balls (GB) you will do the first level a few times. build up until they start going into the pipe, then search for how many was captured. And repeat the level, but make sure you capture either more or less not equal and change the "search type" to either increased by or decreased by. According to obviously which happened your case. just do this until you get 1 address. and when you finish a level, BEFORE you click the continue, go to cheat engine and double click the number of balls (which will say how many you captured) just change it to what ever you like, and then press continue..
IF YOU CHANGE THE NUMBER CAPTURED BEFORE THE CONTINUE THING COMES UP, THE SCREEN SIZE WILL CHANGE AND THE TEXT WILL BE SMALL AND STUPID STUFF HAPPENS. I had to delete my profile to restore order lol. Your taking this the wrong way. You don't want to modify the umber of goo balls you have. You want to modify the asm that checks how many goo balls you have while you are playing the game so that when you get those extra balls from the level you can increase your ball count to above 300.
