i do not think u can buy items from the inventory, i think it is meant as a catalogue of sorts

We currently don't have any Urbz, The - Sims in the City trainers, cheats or editors for PC. Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. Use our message board to discuss the game.

the only may to buy stuff is go to the shops

the catarloge is only for the prices
