Here is all the five talking gargoyles: * In the Transfiguration Courtyard, where Dean is located * Near the Viaduct (before you cross the bridge itself) * On the fourth floor, out on the balcony * Up the stairs in the Paved Courtyard, take a right and head past the statues to find it * On the stairs leading up to the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom
