I'm looking at adding on to this story: Link

I'm thinking of having the main character and his command be told to fall back, and sent to defend a chateau--which I am basing roughly on Hougoumont (Battle of Waterloo, duh), but a simplified structure, walled in. This chateau will be the headquarters of the brigade or division--I can't decide if it's too simple for a Major General to have as an HQ, chateau generals and whatnot. It is besieged by undead hordes, much like Hougoumont was besieged by the French. Instead of the Coldstream Guards in defense, it's scarcely experienced doughboys. And this is late enough in the war that half of them should have Spanish Flu.

Discuss.

Umm...I have a question...Whats Deviant art? I've heard it referenced many times before, but I'm not sure what it is, can you tell me?

In short, it's a website where you can display your artwork and have it be protected by copyright and a web community built around it.

So I just read what you had...

WANT MOAR! Dude, WWI zombie soldiers, that kicks BLEEP.

I'd love to see them defend a chateau. But don't make them ALL inexperienced. Make it a mix of veterans who have good skills and doughboys with none and are practically crapping themselves.

I finished a new part of the story. Maybe it's good, maybe not. I make no promises.
