Drakensang: The Dark Eye Message Board  

This is listed as a party-based single player game.I have no idea what that means.Does the Single player game have a good story line and enough quests to warrant buying the game?

Yes, It's worth it imo, I've been playing for about 25+ hours and i still haven't finished it.... i don't even think i'm at like the middle of the game. It usually takes me much less that that to finish a game. Took me about 25+ hours to finish all of fallout3 ... so there you have it .. Although i think i've spent a lot of time traveling back and forth in this game. Was stuck on a couple of quests too ... so yeah

This game is nice and well thought out. Single player, party based means that it one as opposed to multiplayer and party means that you control a main hero and a party of npcs. Its a lot like NWN2 but with a diff feel. Cant wait for a quest guide since im sure I missed some quests first couple of times through. That's one of my few gripes with this game. Quest givers are not clearly indicated.

playing it in single and loving it - so far without any NPC's to make it a little more challenging and I have to say I am hooked...

So far I have spend about 10+ hours on the game and didn't find it repetitive or lacking in story as with most games of this genre at this time

I'm playing all ready 90 hours and its a good game.
