Regarding the Mod Cheats, Spawn Wargear, Spawn Squads, Level ....

ok i read through the posts and tried all of they say for the dev mode with the loader.exe but i still cant get the game to run. i edited the rev.ini file with the -dev, i also changed and unchanged the steamclient=steamclient2.dll using different options. and i also tried opening it with admin and without and i still crash and get a error. can someone help me out please i have been trying for a while now. It says "unable to execute command dow2.exe -dev (740)
