this game uses lua scripts for everything which means all data runs through two points of code, one which reads and one which writes. i looked at this game from beta stage even before the demo came out. i am not saying that *someone* might be able to do a trainer for it, but i looked at it pretty intently and i found no good way to parse out each individual variable in the context of the code. so for whomever says that the game looks 'simply hackable' has no idea what goes into making a trainer.....

searching for 1000 food with a memory editor is one thing. modifying a single peice of code in the game to divine 30 different things when literally thousands of values go through that same peice of code is another. if you don't understand this then i am sorry. but there is nothing i can do about it.

i wrote this to prevent this thread from going on and getting out of control.

best,
Cal

Thank you Caliber for the reason why we won't see a trainer. Should of been explain long time ago.

As has been said earlier in the thread, some simple searching with CheatEngine or ArtMoney enabled me to edit gold and personal wealth, so, all is not completely lost

I dont get it. (Sorry if this may sound offense to you Cal)

You(In the name of CH group not in individual) have managed to make a trainer that can bypass and work with windows live.
You are so proud with your GTA4 trainer that you make and we are soooo happy.
Yet another great achievement with Fall Out 3.
With all the great games and great effort, you smash all those protection to pieces but with this game you said it too complicate?

Just WOW! Grand Ages has more advance cheat protection technology than GTA4(Sarcasm)

I guess i have to keep using MLE for now, even im sick of finding the codes in every map, until sumone comes up with sum trainer.

Regards

NOTE: I dont know what you mean by "searching for 1000 food with a memory editor is one thing. modifying a single peice of code in the game to divine 30 different things when literally thousands of values go through that same piece of code is another" I know it is different, but is it more difficult too? cuz different things can be the same difficulty.

NOTE2: This reply doesnt intend to push or force sumone to make a trainer by any mean. It is the expression of myself, and if in the end nobody make a trainer for it, im cool with that.

Hello,

When you unpack the Data.hpk file (with this tool : forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=2955), in the data/game repertory you have a "cheats.lua" file.

It seems there are some cheats included in the game but i'm a noob i can't understand what the file says.

Here is a link to the file : Link

Maybe we can find how to use them at least.
