Evolving a Gardevoir from a Ralts is very easy. I think it evolves to a kirlia at lvl 20 and a gardevoir at lvl 30.
Currently lost, I make my way through life somehow without being in complete despair. Mostly alone due to timidity and fear, I wait for someone to clear the fog and break the shell hidden within.

You do not have to be rude........ Anyway leveling up a ralts cannot be done as Ralts is not in Pearl (or Diamond).!
