F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin Message Board  

Okay, I tried using the proximity mines, then open the door, I got killed. So I tried throwing them into the room (they go right through the window)but they just blow up, and Vanek is alive.I have full health, put the mines down,open the door, and boom, I'm dead. Is there a way to get the door open and jump back really fast? I'm not new at video games, been doing them over twenty years, but this game is REALLY getting aggravating, and I love a chllenge, but not when it is SO POORLY thought out. I have a pc, and was told try the "B", but that is for people who do not have a pc. Any more suggestions? I'm ready to throw this game into the trash-literally!

Well, here's my spin on this mess. You need armor, if you don't have armor you die from the splash of the shotgun or proximity mine. I can always get the gun under Vanek's chin, but when I pull the trigger, we both die. Sheeeeeeeeeeat!!! Where can I find spare armor?

Hahahah! Solved it!! I had been playing on "hard" level, so I bumped down to "easy" now when I blow Vanek's head off, I don't suffer so much damage and I live, muahahahaahaha! I live!!!!!!

Hit Slow Motion on just before you open the door.

y'all guys are wasting your time.Just step through the door & hit the ation button(E) then suddenly vanek will rush to U with his gun then the game will go in a real time cut-scene.after that U have to press the melee button(r-mouse) rapitedly(4 or 5 times) then another link appears & u must hit the fire button(2 or 3 times) then U can watch the realy cool ending of vanek (his head blown-up & flying in the room) then u are free to go & finish this lovely game!

thats still wasting our time so please just stop
