I have NWN2 with MotB, updated to version 1.21.1549, and just got the latest trainer for it (for unlimited members). When I use it, many (at least half) of the NPCs in the game are 'dead'. They're walking and talking and so on, but marked as dead. Others that I've killed are lying on the ground, dead, but 'uninjured' according to the game.
This is really weird. And confusing.
PS When I turn the trainer off, they stay that way. But if I exit, restart and reload the saved game without using the trainer, all goes back to normal
