do a web search for Encyclopaedia Cyrodilica. its a mod that adds scrolls to the game that have nearly every console code for the vanilla oblivion game. no more alt-tabbing to look up codes

I use the Steam overlay and just paste the codes I will use in the chat window of one of my good friends who don't care. Then, mid-game, I just press Shift+Tab to open the overlay and look up the code. Doesn't lag me and is very fast.

You only need one. Making more than one might cause the game to crash It makes Lockpicks unbreakable, so you can have only one lockpick on you and use it an infinite number of times on locked doors.
