I just installed the game. It works fine with DX9 but DX10 won´t work, it doesn´t start the game. My card support s DX10 and I use windows XP 32bit.

May be install Direct x 10 Again And Use No Cd Fix For Direct X 10

sorry to inform you, but dx 10 isn´t possible on win xp.
