what is "setup_bs.exe not found" error?

When i install the Game i got this Error:

"Windows could not found setup_bs.exe, Click ok to found."

Games installed and when i run game! When Loading screen show I got again this error.

"Windows could not found setup_bs.exe, Click ok to found."

I am stuck by this error but no way! My game never runs.. Please help me if someone can solve my problem
