MGC is a official partner with MS so it should be within a few hours. Go to your profile and you should see a message about missing GS you have to remove the game and do a few other things for it to update right.. Its a problem with MS's coding and how MGC's server reads it.

And for all of those who would like to say crap, let me tell you I've had my 360 since March 2006, and got LIVE April 2008, so thats two years of renting easy games and getting acheivements.
So I really would get annoyed if the 'no life' factor came out.
