I patched the game like you said, and now i'm able to use the latest Trainer (1.06), and it works great!

We (UNL members) have an option to select more ranks- "Member", "UNL. Member", etc. Either he is one of the unlimited, or he bought the registration code for the CHTM and received a free Cheat Happens Unlimited trainer, in this case RA3 v1.06.

Lol this happened to me too, I just got the game (won't patch for some reason) but I was playing against an Allied guy, I actived instant sidebar powers and he kept using the Airplane Strike thing again'st me many many times, constantly. I ended up beating him but still sort of annoying.
