    Hey,

One thing that has always bothered me about the Warhammer RTS games is the TINY, TINY population cap where a vehicle is basically 20 pop -_-.

Infinite Pop Cap is definitely important, what other features would be important to you guys?

    Unlimited health
    Unlimited grenades, explosives,...
    Give EXP
    Unlimited Updatepoints
Give all Wargearitems for all Unittypes

I saw a video from the singleplayerversion of tpb. This options would do fine in singleplayer.

Removing the population cap would be pretty pointless, what with there not being any population to cap.

    Unlimited health, energy.
    Unlimited grenades, Demolition Charges.
Adding deployment points (Only one at a time, though.)
Adding Ability points. (Adding exp becomes redundant with this, as you get two ability points per level, no other changes)

That's all I can think about right now.

Have you played the beta? There IS a population cap (in skirmish only, however), so a removal of that would be sweet.

Also, your hit points and energy get increased by each level, so you're wrong in saying there are no other benefits to levelling as well

Addition of unlimited energy/requsition would be nice too.

Other than that, those options pretty much cover it.

    God-mode units :P

Or perhaps some kind of instant-resusitation for squad leaders that doesn't require you to use your other squad leaders.

Example: Thessius is incapacitated. You select him, and then press a key, and he is revived, as if you used a squad member to revive him.
