the only thing that i know of that can combine mods is the official CS toolset. it is most likely the same toolset used to make the mods to begin with. however, unless you have experience in using the toolset and making mods, it will probably become very confusing very quick. if you have not used the toolset before then you will need to learn how to use it and what it can do. the best advice i can give for doing that is:
*search around for any tutorials on how to use the CS tools. the best place is probably on the official game website and forums.
*always back up your data before you change something.
*start with small changes. make sure you have a good understanding of what you are doing before you try any major changes.
depending on how many mods you have, it will probably take a while before you can combine them. basically there is no easy way to combine mods, especially mods created by different authors. but you can make it a little easier by not trying to make one super mod. try to separate your mods by what they do in the game. for example, if you have mods that add new weapons to the game or re-skin existing weapons, try combining them into one weapons mod. then another for armor, and another for spells, etc.
