I dont think it is doing anything, just that the AV program is scanning the files and finds to to be harmful Cant you just hit ignore so it will leave the trainer manager alone?
That seemed to fix AV programs from bugging other people (and me) in the past.

AntiVir is known for its high detection rate-and false positives. I haven't used it in a while, but there should be some kind of option in the AV control panel or settings.
